International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Standard Shipping (Tracked)

  • New Zealand: from $17.20 (4–7 business days)

  • Asia & USA: from $23.50 (7–10 business days)

  • Rest of the world: from $28.90 (2–6 weeks)

Express Shipping (Tracked)

  • New Zealand: from $35.00 (4–7 business days)

Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the EMSY order total.

Delivery Details

Some deliveries may require a signature on arrival.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. EMSY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays, Lost Parcels & Damaged Items

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier or postal provider. While we will always do our best to assist, EMSY cannot accept responsibility for delays that are outside our control.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery provider to help investigate and resolve the issue wherever possible.

Any replacement or refund for lost or damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
