Please make sure you send your item back undamaged and unused. The customer is responsible to cover shipping costs for returns. Please include your order number and make sure to return the item within 7 days of receipt.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In case of an approval, your refund will be processed and you will receive the amount excluding the shipping costs to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
